From a neuroscience perspective, Gamma represents high neuro-integration: the prefrontal cortex is supported, threat systems are regulated, and reward circuits drive continuous improvement. Leaders co-create solutions, distributed ownership of inclusion emerges, and the organisation becomes agile, responsive, and resilient in the face of complexity.
