What We Are Looking For

We work at the intersection of neuroscience, culture, and inclusion, designing tools and experiences that rewire mindsets, shift systems, and build genuinely healthy and growth-oriented workplaces (and people).

We want to hear from you if you:

  • Get giddy about behaviour change and organisational culture

  • Care deeply about culture and inclusion — beyond buzzwords

  • Can hold space for discomfort, growth, and messy middle bits

  • Have experience coaching, designing workshops, or supporting strategic change

  • Are curious, kind, and committed to evolving (yourself and others)

  • Don’t mind the occasional metaphor about the brain, fungi, or the cosmos

  • Progressive, compassionate, and know how to bring joy to change. No blame, just unlearning and relearning with love.

You’ll get training and access to our EVOLVE, NeuroNudges, development tools, and RE:THINK.

All that we ask is that you use them for BARDO Clients and Work only.

Social Impact

We offer low-cost access to tools for changemakers and donate a percentage of revenue to equity and environmental initiatives.

Co-creation over Control

This isn’t a top-down model. We invite collaborators to shape our offers, contribute to IP, and challenge us to do better. The best ideas win — not the loudest ones.
