Our membership plans are built around the NIMM framework, offering your organisation the tools, insight, and support you need to move from intention to an embedded, inclusive culture.

Whether you’re just getting started or leading the way, there’s a tiered plan that fits your stage, ambition, and pace.

Our model is structured across three progressive levels of maturity, designed to be completed in chronological order. Each stage builds on the last:

  • Delta – Foundation Stage: Developing an understanding of the biology of the brain. Exploring behaviours and self-reflection. 

  • Alpha – Development Stage: Embedding systems, shaping culture, and scaling impact

  • Gamma – Strategic Stage: Sustaining change and sector influence

Our neuroscience-led model is scaffolded to help individuals and organisations rewire behaviours, embed inclusive habits, and scale lasting impact.​

Each level offers three tailored support tiers to match your needs and capacity.

  • Essential - Online training, self-service access to tools, templates, and guides, and access to an online community of practice for peer learning and to support early wins and steady progress. 

  • Advanced - A hybrid option, with all of the benefits of the Essential package but with a deeper layer of consultancy, diagnostics, and co-created action plans.

  • Enterprise - All the benefits of Essential and Advanced tiers but with fully tailored support, including masterclasses, events, and verification of your progress.
