Escape the Bias is an immersive, interactive escape-room-style experience where teams must collaborate, decode, and solve a series of challenges to reveal the full story of a missing colleague. Each activity uncovers new aspects of hidden identity and subtle exclusion — from microaggressions to invisible cultural codes — while embedding practical insights into everyday inclusion habits.
